Welcome to Spectre Tattoo Co. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please discontinue use of our website immediately.  

1. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE RESTRICTIONS

By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. We reserve the right to request age or professional verification at any time and may cancel any orders suspected of violating this policy.  

2. PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY POLICY

Spectre Tattoo Co. manufactures and distributes premium, sterile, medical-grade tattoo cartridge needles intended strictly for use by trained, licensed professional tattoo artists operating within legally compliant, licensed studio facilities.  

Certification: By purchasing our products, you certify that you hold all necessary licenses, permits, and health department certifications required to practice tattooing in your local jurisdiction.  

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to limit or refuse sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction at our sole discretion. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.  

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND SAFETY

Tattooing involves inherent biological risks, including infection and cross-contamination, if proper sanitary environment protocols are not followed. By purchasing Spectre cartridges, you acknowledge that you understand proper bloodborne pathogen safety, sterilization, and hygiene practices. You assume full responsibility for the handling, application, and use of all products purchased.  

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spectre Tattoo Co., its owners, residents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages—including but not limited to skin infections, personal injury, property damage, or loss of business revenue—resulting from the use, misuse, or mechanical failure of our products.  

All products are sold "As Is" and "As Available." In the event of a proven product defect, Spectre Tattoo Co.’s maximum liability shall never exceed the absolute purchase price of the defective goods ordered.  

5. SHIPPING, TITLE, AND RISK OF LOSS

All orders are processed and shipped through third-party carriers (e.g., USPS). The risk of loss and title for all physical merchandise passes to you, the buyer, the moment the package is handed off to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.  

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including logos, text, graphics, macro photography, product descriptions, and the Spectre Tattoo Co. name/emblem, are the exclusive intellectual property of Spectre Tattoo Co. and are protected under federal trademark and copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.  

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
